North Coast Fire & Security is a long-standing, locally owned and operated business offering service, installation, and maintenance solutions for fire protection and security systems along the North Coast. We are a growing business looking for a motivated person to fill the role of Electrician in the Far North Coast region.
What you'll do:
* Perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on electrical and fire protection systems.
* Reading and interpreting electrical, architectural and mechanical diagrams, drawings and specifications
* Install, program, and commission fire detection, warning, intercom, control systems, and security & CCTV systems for minor works projects.
* Support quoting and proposal preparation in collaboration with our team.
* Maintain daily communication with our Service team to ensure timely job completion and client satisfaction.
* Occasional overtime and on call duties.
What We're Looking For:
* Current electrical licence required for this position
* Experience in the fire protection or security industry is strongly preferred.
* A strong commitment to ongoing learning and development to stay current with industry standards.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
* A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
* Full driver's licence required for this role

Remuneration will be assessed based on the skill and experience level of the applicant. Performance will be reviewed and rewarded following a successful probation period.
