This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 6 Month Contract, paying up to $1209 P/D Incl Super. This role is located in Parramatta (hybrid).
**About the Role**
The PPM Functional Analyst will be working within a fast-paced agile environment where requirements may be fluid and under defined. Your work will require you to review and define the requirements with the business related to people, process and technology across the Program. You will need to work closely with not only business stakeholders but also with data, deployment, integration and testing teams to support and define the best solution outcomes for the business. You will be the first line of defence for business and articulate business needs to the other teams.
Key acccountabilities:
- Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, contextual inquiries and usability testing, to inform design decisions from the point of view of the end user for various interactive systems and projects.
- Create test plans, write test scenarios, screen, recruit and schedule participants
- Support deployment team, Functional SMEs, Integration team, Change assessors and SI team to ensure consistency of solution across all clusters.
- Provide insights that will compel software teams to empathise with users and to produce meaningful products.
- Research, analyse and work with designers to wireframe and prototype user experiences to ensure the development of user friendly digital products.
- Identify pain points and work with team members to devise elegant solutions that support the PATH programs core values of delivering a better experience
- Synthesize research and prepare documentation, including user personas and journey maps, to inform design decisions and to create consensus across business units.
- Provide feedback and expert advice on the development of solutions and prototypes
- Document requirements, write use cases and help manage the backlog of items going into Sprints.
- Help with usability assessments and tests of interactive systems and iterations.
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience working as a PPM Functional Analyst
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge needed in the areas of Data migration and stakeholder management.
