Lead Business Transformation
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced change management professional to lead our business transformation initiative.

* The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering complex change initiatives, preferably within a distributed frontline workforce.
* They will also possess strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive cultural, process, and ways-of-working changes.
* A strong track record of navigating ambiguity, anticipating people risks, and delivering results at pace is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and embed an endorsed change management strategy for the Billing Automation project.
* Partner with project leads, business sponsors, and operational leaders to drive alignment and delivery.
* Conduct detailed impact assessments and change readiness evaluations.
* Develop and execute targeted communications, engagement and training programs.
* Monitor progress and use feedback and insights to iterate and improve.
