About the Role
You'll be the central point of contact between studios, manufacturers, customers and internal teams, helping make sure each project runs smoothly from concept to delivery.
Your day will involve coordinating approvals for artwork, designs and printing, making sure all signoffs are in place, and keeping communication flowing across stakeholders.
You'll also support the Sales and Marketing teams with timelines, updates and general admin.
As the company continues to grow, you'll play a key part in the rollout and ongoing management of a new system across the Australian business, working closely with the global team.
This will include assisting with upgrades, testing, data, workflows and user feedback.
Experience with ERP systems and product lifecycle management is important, ideally MS Dynamics 365.
Being comfortable with change and shifting priorities will serve you well as the business continues to scale.
