The lease revenue officer undertakes the accurate and prompt processing of complex property lease revenue transactions and certificates lease revenue transactions.
This is a permanent, full-time position (however consideration may be given to applicants seeking part-time opportunities). This process may be used to fill future similar permanent or fixed-term positions that may arise across the WA public sector in the next 12 months from the initial date of appointment.
To be successful for this position, you need to demonstrate:
1. Experience in a Financial/ Accounts Receivable environment including knowledge of revenue collection, debt management and reconciliation processes.
2. Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills including utilisation of spreadsheets.
3. Demonstrate the behaviours within the leadership context of Personal Leadership as outlined below.
