As a Human Resources Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing contemporary recruitment solutions and strategies across the organization.
About You
* You must have the ability to develop high-quality end-to-end recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
* Candidates should be able to work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and create a seamless recruitment experience.

Requirements
* A valid National Police Records Check is required.
* A Drivers' License is also necessary.
Qualifications
* Candidates should hold a Diploma of Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification/experience.
* A minimum of three years in a similar HR generalist position, including one year in a talent acquisition specialist role, is preferred.
For the Level 7 position, we require:
* A Degree in Business/Human Resource Management or other equivalent qualification/experience.
* A minimum of five years in a similar or HR generalist position, including two years in a talent acquisition specialist role.
