General Manager – Port Macquarie Base Hospital (HM6)

About the Role
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the operational performance of PMBH, leading the hospital through strategic growth, and delivering service excellence while navigating complex public‐sector challenges with skill, empathy, and visionary leadership.
* Setting service delivery priorities and leading high‐performing multidisciplinary teams
* Driving quality, safety, patient experience, and cultural excellence
* Leading financial, workforce, and clinical governance functions to optimise outcomes
* Partnering with executives, clinicians, community groups, and government stakeholders
