What You'll Be Doing
The Patient Safety Project Support Officer will provide high level administration and project support to the Patient Safety Team to assist in the development of key Patient Safety strategic priority projects.
The position will be responsible for project management support, coordination of executive steering working party activities, secretariat support, diary management, briefings and other documentation activities aligned with project deliverables, whilst maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated experience in providing high-level administrative support to a major program or project.
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with experience in the preparation of complex correspondence and reports and liaising with staff and managers at all levels.
* Sound problem-solving skills and forward-thinking approach including demonstrated ability to anticipate and meet the needs of a senior manager and exercise initiative to achieve desired outcomes.
* Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding environment with an ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently within set timeframes independently.
* High level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and organisational content manager systems (e.g.TRIM).
