Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service and sales skills to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Process rental agreements efficiently and effectively, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately.
* Inspect vehicles prior to handover to ensure they meet our high standards.
* Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with customers and effective upselling techniques.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail, with a proven track record of success.
* Car rental experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Strong communication and computer literacy skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
* Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record.
