We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for this fantastic opportunity to join our tight knit Albury team and support clients within the Albury region and surrounds!
Job Description
In this unique and diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure.
Onsite Physiotherapist/Osteopath (2 Days Per Week)
Join IPAR’s specialist injury prevention team supporting a valued client through onsite and virtual services designed to improve workforce health, safety, and injury outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

* Provide onsite Physiotherapy or Osteopathy support delivering hands-on treatment, early intervention, and workplace-specific injury management.
* Participate in fortnightly site induction training, aligning with our customers onboarding process and compliance framework.
* Deliver Strong4Life injury prevention training, combining theoretical workshops and onsite walkthroughs to educate workers on task, personal, and environmental injury risk factors.
* Conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
* Undertake on-site Job Task Analyses (JTAs) to assess physical demands and support injury prevention planning.
* Identify suitable candidates for Positivum Health Coaching, delivered via telehealth or onsite to support early intervention and psychosocial risk management.
* Facilitate the Re-thinking Recovery Program – a virtual reality-based education initiative for workers experiencing chronic pain.
Rehabilitation Consultant (3 days per week)
* Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)
* Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
* Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
* Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
* Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
Qualifications
* A qualification in Physiotherapy or Osteopathy
* Full Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
* Excellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
* A desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiative and achieve results
* A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
* Energy and drive to grow our services
* A current drivers' license and access to their own vehicle
