Educator | Kurrajong Therapy Plus | Wagga Wagga About the Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator, holding a Bachelor of Early Childhood qualification, to join our team at Kurrajong Therapy Plus in Wagga Wagga. This role is available in either a part-time or full-time capacity (Monday to Friday). As an Educator you’ll be responsible for providing services to our NDIS participant base ranging from babies to 7 years old. Your work will also involve working with children and Parenting Support Services (DSS) programs. This includes: Provide learning experiences and opportunities for each child designed to promote a sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and effective communication skills. Use of evidence-based practice to deliver services that focus on early intervention and prevention, capacity building and school transitions. Collaborate with families to share your knowledge and skills enabling them to implement ongoing learning opportunities in the home and other natural environments.
