External Security Vetting Senior Analyst
The opportunity
As our External Security Vetting Senior Analyst, you'll handle complex personal security clearance processes across various levels, such as Baseline, Negative Vetting Level 1, and Negative Vetting Level 2.

Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will assess components of clearance cases, leveraging your vetting experience with attention to detail and the ability to manage complex processes. You will also be responsible for Quality Assurance, enforcing quality controls on Personal Security Files (PSFs), and providing data-driven advice on clearance outcomes.
* Process security clearances meticulously, adhering to the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and EY best practices.
* Utilize electronic case management systems for efficient processing.
* Offer advice on clearance outcomes while handling complex vetting cases and sensitivities.
What we look for
To be considered, you must have:
* A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Level 2 as required.
* Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
* Extensive vetting experience in government or similar high-security environments.
* Attention to detail in scrutinizing data and identifying security risks.
* Commitment to high-quality standards in vetting processes and documentation, adhering to PSPF.
* Strong time management skills to meet milestones and SLAs.
