Production Management Position

The ideal candidate will play a central role in ensuring that all projects from design to fabrication and installation are delivered on time and within budget while supporting our sales and delivery teams.
About This Role:
* Develop and manage production schedules based on project timelines and client deadlines
* Allocate resources (materials, staff, machines) efficiently to meet production targets
* Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams to align production with project requirements
* Manage all stages of production, printing, cutting, fabrication, painting, assembly, finishing & subcontracting
* Monitor production progress daily and adjust schedules as needed
* Ensure all production activities comply with OHS regulations
* Monitor production costs, reduce waste, and optimize material usage
* Ensure proper file setup for printing and cutting (e.g., color profiles, bleed, vector paths)
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and customer-focused approach
* Effective communication skills and confidence to deal directly with suppliers & subcontractors
* Ability to work under tight project deadlines
* Experience in scheduling projects & installations
* Proficiency in software including Adobe Illustrator and CNC programming
* Knowledge & experience of signage manufacturing methods & materials
* A can-do attitude and high motivational skills
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a signage design & branding environment
