**What do you do?**
- Develop and implement revenue initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of service culture and engagement within the Front Office, Maintenance, and Housekeeping
- Manage the Housekeeping department and ensure the services are within standards and guest expectations.
- Overseeing the administration of PMS, Guest Accounts, AR, and Guest Ledger.
- Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
**What do you need?**
- A demonstrated history of achieving financial targets and working within a budget
- Knowledge of SIHOT PMS will be highly regarded.
- Experience in coaching and developing a team, recruitment, and performance management.
- Sound organizational, time management, and computer literacy skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong customer focus and decision-making skills
