* Create clear and concise digital content that meets Australian Government Style Manual guidelines.
* Engage with stakeholders to educate them on best-practice content creation and digital accessibility.
* Support the delivery of regular agency email communications and manage clearances.
* Gather insights and data to improve content production and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Content Development: Develop engaging and accessible digital content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email communications.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams.
* Email Communications: Assist in the development and delivery of regular agency email communications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with branding guidelines.
* Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing content production and process optimization strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Educational Background: Desirable: degree or diploma in communications, business, public relations, journalism, or related disciplines.
* Professional Experience: Required: experience developing accessible government content and advising executives on digital communications.
