Inspirations Paint is Australia's leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets. We are growing and always on the lookout for high calibre individuals to join our store teams. A permanent part time position is available at our Ballina (NSW) company store. You may also be required to work at the Byron Bay store.
As part of the DuluxGroup, a leading marketer and manufacturer of premium branded products, Inspirations Paint employees are part of Australia's largest network of paint stores, serving both retail (DIY) and trade (professional/commercial) markets.
Previous experience within the paint industry is preferred as the paint industry is a specialised industry and we pride ourselves on providing accurate and professional advice to our customers. Any relevant personal experience in home improvement projects or within the paint or hardware industries is an advantage.
The current position is available for immediate start for an enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to develop their career. Store hours are 6:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am to 12:00pm Saturday. You will be required to work Saturdays on rotation.

* Providing an exemplary customer experience to both retail and trade customers
* Tinting & mixing paint
* Following the "Inspirations Way"
* Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge in the areas of paint and protective coatings, while assisting with sales, stock control and merchandising
* Store presentation, stock management, housekeeping
* Workplace Health & Safety
Experience / Attributes
* Demonstrated customer service with personalised customer focus
* Well presented both in appearance and communication
* Able to contribute and work in a team environment
* Proven sales experience and a strong knowledge of paint and associated products
* Approachable, confident and energetic with a pleasant disposition and the ability to effectively deal with customer queries and/or customer complaints
* Attention to detail, initiative and the ability to learn new systems
* Honest, reliable and punctual
* Current drivers licence
* This role involves heavy lifting up to 25kgs
