We are seeking a passionate and motivated Podiatrist to join our dynamic team at Balance Group on the Gold Coast.
This role offers an ideal balance of mobile podiatry services (home visits, NDIS clients, aged care) and in-clinic consultations, giving you flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact in the community.

About the Role
* Provide high-quality podiatry care across a mixed caseload (general foot care, biomechanics, diabetes assessments, nail surgery, orthotics, NDIS participants, and aged-care clients).
* Split role: mobile home visits + in-clinic appointments.
* Flexible days and hours to suit your lifestyle.
* Support from an experienced, friendly admin and clinical team.
* All mobile equipment provided (or allowances available).
* Suitable for both early-career and experienced podiatrists.

About You
* Bachelor/Master of Podiatry (AHPRA registered).
* Strong clinical skills with a patient-centred approach.
* Comfortable working with a mix of clients, including NDIS, aged care, and general population.
* Excellent communication and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
* Current driver's licence (company vehicle or travel allowance available).
