About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

1. Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll management.
2. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors regarding invoices, payments, and other business matters.
3. Prepare financial reports for management and ensure accurate record-keeping.
4. Manage invoice processing, payments, vendor communication, and compliance.
5. Support management with ad hoc financial and administrative tasks.
6. Ensure business systems are up-to-date and compliant.
7. Collaborate in managing training profiles and competencies.
8. Guarantee compliance with legislative obligations.


Requirements:

1. Substantial experience in financial administration and accounts payable within complex organizations.
2. At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
3. Tertiary qualification in Business or Accounting (preferred).
4. Strong bookkeeping skills, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, with MYOB experience.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with customers, suppliers, and team members.
7. A team player with efficient work habits, excellent time management, self-motivation, and reliability.
