Temporary full-time Senior Physiotherapist role delivering advanced MSK hand therapy and clinical leadership.
Your new role:
As a Senior Physiotherapist (HP4) within the Hand Elbow Wrist Therapy and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Service, you will deliver high-level, evidence-based care to patients with complex hand and upper limb conditions. You will work with a highly skilled interprofessional team while contributing to service development, education and quality improvement.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver advanced hand and upper limb physiotherapy assessment and intervention
* Act as a clinical reference point within the HEWT and MSK physiotherapy teams
* Supervise and mentor HP3 clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants
* Contribute to service development, quality improvement and clinical education
About you:
You are an experienced and confident physiotherapist with advanced clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care.
You will bring:
* Current AHPRA registration and tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
* Advanced experience in hand and upper limb musculoskeletal physiotherapy
* Strong leadership, supervision and clinical mentoring capability
* Ability to work independently while contributing to team and service outcomes
