About the Role
* Social Media Content Creation & Management:
o Assist with filming, editing, and uploading content across social media platforms.
o Tag products appropriately on the feed to ensure seamless user experience and shopping integration.
o Lead Instagram Stories, working closely with the creative team to ensure all content is on-brand and planned in advance.
o Work with the Digital team to develop and maintain a Pinterest strategy, ensuring consistent updates.
o Download, organize, and curate influencer and customer content, ensuring it aligns with the brand's identity.
o Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to plan and schedule content using social planning tools.
o Stay informed on social media trends and emerging content formats to maintain relevance and engagement.
o Use strong copywriting skills to craft compelling captions and engaging story content.
o Actively contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions to drive innovative and fresh content strategies.
Social Media Analytics & Strategy
* Analyze and Optimize Performance:
o Conduct weekly competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
o Monitor and report on top-performing and low-performing content on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
o Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve audience engagement.
o Ensure all content aligns with social media platform guidelines and best practices.
Required Experience & Skills
* Proven Track Record:
o 3+ years of experience in social media or content creation, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end content creation.
o Proven experience in growing social media channels, particularly on TikTok and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
o Strong knowledge of social media management tools and content scheduling platforms.
o Expertise in design and editing tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, and CapCut.
o Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create engaging social media content.
o Strong time management, creativity, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
