Seeking an accomplished Administrative Professional to join our team.
Job Description:
Maintain and update client records in Xero Practice Manager, ensuring accuracy and completeness of address, directorship, etc. Prepare and lodge ASIC forms and minutes, adhering to deadlines and requirements. Proactively follow up with clients for signed documents to ensure timely lodgement. Provide ASIC Summary or purchase ASIC Extract as requested by accountants. Prepare and maintain secretarial documents and company registers. Finalize letters and bills, including formatting, grammar checking, and letterhead preparation. Send out documents via electronic signatures and follow up on incomplete tasks or unsigned documents. Assist clients with issues related to signing or accessing the portal. Lodge income tax returns and set up companies, trusts, and SMSFs on NowInfinity. Greet clients, make appointments, and file paperwork as needed.
Requirements:
* Experience as an administrator or team assistant in an accounting or similar industry.
* Minimum 2 years experience.
* Knowledge in Xero Practice Manager, ASIC, and FYI essential.
* Strong skills in electronic signatures, teams, and Microsoft suite.
