539220 Training Lead - Single Digital Patient Record Calvary Mater Newcastle. Fixed Full-Time Contract – approximately 9 months. Salary Classification: Health Services Manager Level 3. Remuneration: $127,150 – $144,444 pa range + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options.
About The Role: Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through digital innovation? Join us as our Training Lead, in the development, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives, to meet the needs of our employees in the roll out of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) across our facility. Working collaboratively with the project team and with key stakeholders, you will be engaged in development and delivery of end user training and educational activities for Calvary Mater Newcastle staff for the SDPR implementation and business-as-usual stages.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop an approach to enable effective and flexible delivery of training to end users with differing levels of digital literacy.
* Ensure eLearning modules, video and other online mediums are in alignment with Calvary policies and guidelines, in addition to the management of the training delivery schedule and logistics planning.
* Monitor, evaluate and review training programs, learning materials and competency assessments to ensure compliance with business requirements, best practice training and adult learning principles, organisational, and industry standards whilst considering participant and project feedback.
* Support CMN staff through classroom training sessions, on-the-job training and/or coaching and mentoring.
What You Bring
* Extensive experience in adult learning and practical experience in working within technical training.
* Qualifications in TA E40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
* Demonstrated excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high-volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multi-task, and achieve business goals.
* Demonstrated excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills, and extensive experience in engaging, consulting, and collaborating with key stakeholders to gain support and input for optimal outcomes.
* Demonstrated high level of computer skills, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
