Hotel Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Executive to join our team in Bintan, Indonesia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

* Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness
* Develop business leads for the hotel on a weekly basis
* Prepare monthly list of accounts to penetrate for the following month
Responsibilities also include:
* Planning site inspections/entertainment meetings per week to qualified potential accounts or new accounts
* Preparing monthly action plan for main market segment
* Monitoring competitors' rate strategy, account penetration and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
* Updating management on VIP arrivals, meeting and greeting accordingly
* Up-selling, cross-selling and promoting hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
* Conducting negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the hotel
* Attending hotel clients and local community business events to network and maintain high visibility
* Updating Director of Sales & Marketing on market trends and business leads
Requirements:
* Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records with knowledge of international market such as Korea, Japan, India
* Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Mandarin language is an advantage
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
* Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
