The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our Sydney team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, managing complex event solutions, and being part of a high‐performing, collaborative team delivering premium outcomes.
You will work closely with event organisers, venues, agencies and corporate clients to manage end‐to‐end hire solutions — from early planning and design through to delivery and post‐event review.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, manage and grow a portfolio of key client relationships across events, exhibitions and major projects
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing trusted advice and tailored solutions
* Develop detailed proposals, pricing and scopes aligned to client objectives and project requirements
* Coordinate internally with design, operations, production and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining high standards under time‐critical conditions
* Identify opportunities for account growth, repeat business and long‐term partnerships
* Represent Moreton Hire professionally at site visits, bump‐ins, events and industry functions
About You
* Proven experience in account management, client services or project coordination within events, exhibitions, construction, hire or related industries
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, margins and timelines
* Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
* Highly organised, proactive and solutions‐focused
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment
* Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and being part of a high‐performance team
