As a Night Trading Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store during evening and night trade. You will work closely with your team to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that our store is presented in an exceptionally welcoming and engaging manner.
About the Role
* You will have full accountability of store operations during the evening and night trade.
* You will guide team members, allocate tasks, and provide support and direction to ensure exceptional customer service.
About You and Your Skills
* You will need previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* You will require direct leadership experience as you will need to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
