Your Role
Join our dynamic team in Clontarf QLD as a Despatch Officer. This full-time, permanent role supports our despatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, proactive individual. It is a high engagement and busy role, perfect for someone that enjoys working in administration and support. You will work with varied stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate product shipments and batch processing
* Communicate shipment details to internal and external customers
* Use SAP and Excel to manage dispatch tasks and generate reports
* Liaise with truck drivers and manage dispatch mailbox
* Support internal and external customers via email and phone

Skills & Experience
* Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
* Comfortable with repetitive tasks and adaptable to last-minute changes
* Experience in admin or sales admin roles is highly regarded
* SAP experience is a plus, but not required
