Do work those matters
Early Career Programs are critical to building tomorrow’s workforce in Technology. As demand for technology continues to grow, we recognize that attracting and nurturing the next generation of technologists is key to our role in the Australian economy and in building a brighter future for all.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a 12–18-month rotational program experience for our Technology Graduates. You will drive and implement initiatives to simplify and scale our growing program, contribute to our market presence and engagement strategies with early career talent pipelines, and creatively solve problems while managing multi-year talent strategies.
This role operates in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will enjoy working autonomously and collaborating with peers and leaders, often under tight deadlines. Managing your workload and progressing projects through ambiguity are essential skills for this role.
You will partner with stakeholders in Campus Recruitment, Learning, and the broader community of hiring managers and business leaders who are passionate about early careers talent. You will be an experience maker for Graduates and Interns and a catalyst for their engagement with CommBank Technology.
