Responsibilities
Lead, train, and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high performance standards, and foster a positive team culture.
Ensure staff are fully knowledgeable about the menu, dietary requirements, allergens, and current promotions, enabling them to confidently engage with guests and maximise sales opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate guest satisfaction through feedback and service reviews, implementing continuous improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
Qualifications
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience in a food and beverage outlet.
Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
