You will drive & influence the adoption and successful implementation and use of the Connected Chiller platform within Australia.
You will become part of the HVAC Domain Service provider team to provide advanced, innovative, and cost-effective chiller services that support our mission.
Partner with Solution Engineers and analysts with various skill sets, including chillers diagnostics, HVAC diagnostics, vibration analysis, oil analysis, refrigerant, and motor current analytics. The future will focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
How you will do it :
1. Lead or collaborate with country Service Leadership and in-country Service branch OBCEs to develop and deploy new and improved connected chiller solutions and services.
2. Train branch OBCE team members and field technicians on CEP data analysis, report generation, and field support.
3. Perform CEP Daily Dashboard Reviews and analytics on remotely connected equipment, working with branch OBCEs for alarm and CPI actions.
4. Generate reports with observations and recommendations on the performance and maintenance of Connected Chiller equipment and systems.
5. Review reports from others to ensure quality and accuracy.
6. Work with branch OBCEs to identify L&M opportunities based on CEP dashboard alerts and low CPI scores.
7. Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new field services.
8. Engage directly with customers to advise on maintenance activities that generate additional revenue streams for JCI.
9. Develop case studies based on solutions using CEP that enhance customer satisfaction and OB-PSA retention.
10. Participate in regional OBCE calls and forums to share case studies and experiences across APAC.
What we look for :
1. University degree or equivalent experience and education.
2. Over 10 years of proven service technical leadership experience.
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC, BMS, and building systems.
4. Solution-oriented mindset with experience in HVAC/BMS/service domains, and successful business development and strategy records.
5. Familiarity with digital service offerings for connected building strategies.
6. Track record in driving change, especially in digitally-enabled services.
7. Strong results orientation with accountability and integrity.
8. Leadership skills to operate effectively in a matrix environment with influencing abilities.
9. Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
10. Strong team-building, strategic planning, negotiation, and performance management skills.
11. Ability to work effectively across management lines in a matrix setting.
