Location: South-East Queensland Region, QLD – All centres are located within the South-East Queensland regional area in QLD
Salary Range: Early Childhood Teachers - ranging from $43.87 p/hr to $63.86 p/hr + Superannuation (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Your Impact!
As a Teacher, you will inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, ensuring each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure optimal outcomes for children.
You’ll need:
o Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
o Current Teachers Registration
o Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
o Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
o Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program
o Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
o Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
o Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
o Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
