This government body is seeking an experienced Integration Technical Lead to drive innovation, optimise performance, and deliver cutting-edge integration solutions across the enterprise.
In this role you will be the go-to expert for designing, building, and evolving the enterprise integration platforms and solutions. You will act as the technical owner of the integration platforms, ensuring they're scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
Key Activities
* Lead the technical design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise integration platform.
* Own the integration platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT standards.
* Design and implement scalable, secure integration patterns (e.g., API-led, event-driven, publish-subscribe).
* Work across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
* Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to implement integrations that meet operational and business needs.
* Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices.
* Provide hands-on leadership in technical change management and implementation.
Skills and experience
* Solid background and hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms and technologies.
* Deep knowledge of integration architectures and best practices.
* Proven expertise with iPaaS/middleware tools like Mulesoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, SnapLogic, or similar.
* Good understanding of data transformation, security protocols (Zero Trust, encryption), API gateways, and identity management.
* Experience in hybrid/multi-cloud integration strategies.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
* Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile project delivery.
