Northern Beaches Hospital Food Service team is looking to employ casual Food Services Assistants x3 to join their busy department ASAP. You will work collaboratively in a agile team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of food trays for patient consumption
- Deliver, serve and collect all patient food requirements and meal trays in accordance to established meal schedules
- Assist in daily food preparation and basic meal assembly
- Clean and sanitize food service equipment in accordance with hospital and industry food safety and hygiene standards
Selection Criteria
- Current Food Processing Certificate Level 1 (working towards or willing to attain)
- Prior experience in Healthcare Food Services
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work without supervision as well as as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts - early/late shifts & weekend work
- No working holiday visa accepted
