The ideal candidate will oversee the administration, configuration, and optimization of our Human Capital Management system. As a key liaison across the organization, they will ensure that our Workday platform supports current and future business needs.
About the Role
Manage day-to-day operations of the Workday platform, including configuration, business process maintenance, security, and user access.
Lead or support Workday-related projects such as system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support operational requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for Workday support and other third-party vendors or consultants.
Provide training and support to end users and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.
About You

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Significant experience in Workday administration and modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll etc.
Strong understanding of Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, etc.) and calculated fields.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
