Local HC / MC Truck Driver
BMR Logistics is an Australian family owned and operated company with almost 25 years experience within the industry. We are accredited with NHVAS, Trucksafe, ISO & HACCP Accreditations.
We currently have vacancies for Local HC / MC truck drivers to become an integral part of our business. The positions involve transportation of General, containerized and refrigerated freight.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
đź“ŚCo-Ordination and following of load plans
đź“ŚCompleting relevant electronic pre-start checklists, safety documentation and electronic delivery paperwork
đź“ŚWorking closely with small depot for the accurate loading, unloading and transportation of freight
đź“ŚAbility to meet all TruckSafe requirements and regulations and state road law compliance.
📌Ensure all driver “Chain of Responsibility” is met
đź“Ś General yard/warehouse duties as required
đź“Ś Weekly truck upkeep, including washing inside and out

About you:
* HC / MC licence
* Valid Traffic history printout - min 3 years
* Be physically fit and able to pass Trucksafe driver medical including Drug & Alcohol test
* Ability to meet deadlines and time manage in a fast paced environment.
To be successful, you will need a valid HC /MC licence, an eye for detail, and experience with safe load and unload restraint procedures.
