We are seeking a skilled Senior Culinary Professional to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cookery, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for assisting in the presentation of dishes, communicating effectively between the head chef and sous chef, and producing high-quality plates with attention to design and taste.
The successful candidate will also participate in menu planning, inventory management, and supply oversight, ensuring food quality and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment. They will provide suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance and support the head chef with daily kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Presentation and Communication: Assist in the presentation of dishes and communicate effectively between the head chef and sous chef.
2. Plate Production: Produce high-quality plates with attention to design and taste.
3. Menu Planning and Inventory Management: Participate in menu planning, inventory management, and supply oversight.
