About the Role
Working Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week, this role is perfect for a Property Manager ready to take their career to the next level. You will manage a high-quality, local portfolio in excellent condition, with responsibilities including:
* Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
* Conducting incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections.
* Overseeing repairs and maintenance management.
* Managing arrears and ensuring prompt payments.
* Collaborating with a Leasing Consultant + Junior Property Manager for added support.
About You
* Proven experience in Property Management.
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
* A valid driver's license and their own reliable car.
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
* A strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act.
