Bridge IT Engineering is seeking a Salesforce User Experience Designer and Adoption Manager for a federal government department with offices in Canberra, ACT.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce user experience designer and adoption manager, you will work across multiple Salesforce development projects to assist with the elicitation of user persona journeys and requirements, design user interfaces for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions for both community portals and internal consoles, and plan and implement user research and analysis programs. You will collaborate with the Salesforce Architect and Solution Lead to prepare designs. You will use out-of-the-box features and configuration to maximise value and sustainability and meet best practice when customising. You will work closely with the business analyst to ensure that your designs meet business requirements and acceptance criteria and will support change management and training activities to ensure user adoption and onboarding. You will be accountable for all Salesforce community portals meeting the Service and Inclusion standards of the Digital Experience Policy of the Federal Government.
This is a delivery and ongoing support role, with the following responsibilities:
* Support the elicitation of business requirements and user persona journeys for system changes and enhancements.
* Prepare wireframe designs and/or prototypes.
* Plan and implement ongoing end user research and analysis through all stages of a project delivery and ongoing business-as-usual support.
* Remain current with Salesforce UX best practices, including Lightning and Omnistudio in Public Sector Solutions
* Remain current with relevant Federal government policies and legislation on user experience standards, and design and test for compliance.
* Engage with stakeholders to champion user experience in all stages of requirements gathering, design and delivery.
* Produce User Experience requirements, designs, compliance assessments and user research documentation as required by the project.
* Support change management activities including development of learning materials and environments for end users.
Essential criteria
* Minimum 3+ years in performing Salesforce user experience design.
* Have specialist ICT skills in the following: o User experience principles including certification as a Salesforce User Experience Designer o Salesforce Public Sector Solutions o Portal and console interface design using Salesforce Lightning and Omnistudio o WCAG2.0 and accessibility design and compliance assurance o Visio or similar technology for production of mock-ups
* Ability to design and comply to the Service and Inclusion standards of the Federal government Digital Experience Policy.
Desirable criteria
* ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or ACMP change management methodologies and application to Agile and Prince2 projects.
* Production of Salesforce in-app training, training videos, e-learning and written user guides for Salesforce applications.
* Ability to deliver and support ongoing change management and user adoption for new and enhanced Salesforce applications.
* Certification as a Salesforce Administrator.
