About the role
Step into an exciting leadership role where you'll guide a team of passionate Educators, running an engaging before‑ and after‑school program at a primary school for children aged 5‑12 years. With dedicated support from a state‑specific office and regional managers who mentor and visit you regularly, you'll be set up for success
Create and lead a dynamic, child‑centered program packed with fun activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—whatever sparks the kids' imagination
Build strong relationships with children, the school, families, and the wider community while taking charge of your team's roster, day‑to‑day operations, compliance, and admin.

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
* Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact
* Communicates clearly and confidently
* Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role
* Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
* Has Australian work rights
* Obtained or studying toward a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
