About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Dental CAD/CAM Technician to lead our digital manufacturing operations. You'll work hands-on with the latest CAD/CAM systems to design and produce crowns, bridges, implants, and restorations with exceptional accuracy.
This is a lab-based role (not chairside) — perfect for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Design & Fabrication: Use advanced CAD software (3Shape, exocad) to design
restorations and prepare CAM programs.
CNC Machine Operation: Operate and maintain dental milling machines (imes-icore, Roland DGSHAPE).
Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and clinicians to ensure precision and quality.
Quality Control: Uphold safety standards and ensure all restorations meet our high-quality
benchmarks.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with new software, workflows, and innovations in digital dentistry.
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years' experience in dental lab or digital manufacturing (CAD/CAM).
Proficient in Exocad, 3Shape, and MillBox.
Strong technical understanding of dental anatomy and lab protocols.
Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Dental Technology preferred (not essential)
Bonus: Experience with 3D printing and digital additive workflows.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to keep learning.
