Your new role
We are seeking a meticulous CRM Analyst to join a dynamic Client & Digital Experience Team. This pivotal role will contribute directly to the mission of fostering meaningful connections with valued clients throughout their journey.
Key Duties:
As a detail-oriented CRM Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our client data while leveraging insights to enhance their experiences. Reporting to the CRM Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing end-to-end client data collection and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
* Collaborating with the CRM team to develop and refine data segmentation's and automation strategies.
* Configuring marketing automation workflows to deliver personalized communication across various channels.
* Monitoring data quality and implementing improvement measures to optimize client interactions.
* Translating business requirements into actionable solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
* Building strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies to support CRM initiatives.
Your skills and experience
* Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business.
* Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in database management and SQL.
* Experience with HTML; familiarity with AMPscript and CSS is a plus.
* Ability to generate valuable data insights and analytics.
* Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
