About The Role
As our Senior Medical Educator, you'll lead and deliver high-quality general practice education, supporting registrars from entry to Fellowship. Reporting to the Senior Medical Educator - Head of Training FSP, you will you'll oversee a team of MEs to deliver medical education and assessment in the Fellowship Support Program (FSP). Collaborating closely with the Operations team you will support the high-quality delivery of FSP including leadership to the medical education team, oversee registrar case management, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
As our Senior Medical Educator – FSP, you'll also:
Lead and inspire a team of medical educators fostering collaboration and innovation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with registrars, supervisors, training sites, other stakeholders, and RACGP staff.
Oversee module curation, remediation, and evaluation processes
Contribute to educational strategy and accreditation activities
Skills & Experience
RACGP Fellowship or equivalent
Leadership experience in medical education
Strong stakeholder and team management skills
High level communication and mentoring skills
Confident with technologies to assist GP training such as video conferencing, screen sharing, email, and web portals.
