Service Technician Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Purified Water Systems (PWS).
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.
About This Role:
* This is a hands-on role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
* You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on PWS equipment, as well as providing technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs, on PWS equipment.
2. Diagnose issues and carry out troubleshooting and corrective actions.
3. Install new equipment and ensure proper commissioning.
4. Provide on-site support and training to customers.
5. Complete service reports, documentation, and safety records.
6. FOLLOW company procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Service Technician or similar mechanical/electrical role.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* White card.
* Ability to travel for service work as required.
