Breakthrough Group is a Demolition, Asbestos Removal and Concrete Cutting company with over 36 years of experience. We pride ourselves on having a strong team culture and are currently seeking a full time Site Supervisor.
Must be reliable, physically fit and confident Demolition experience is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
* Must be a hands on supervisor
* Supervise safety procedures for the business in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements
* Identify risks that may impact the business and address each with manager
* Experience reading plans
* To report incidences of discipline breaches and health and safety beaches to direct manager
* Complete documentation during contract works not limited to the following:
* HSEQ Observational Checklists
* Pre-start meetings
* Toolbox meetings
* SWMS
