Job Description
What you will be doing:
As Assistant Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of the daily operations and running of specific shifts within the Reservations team, ensuring the continued success of our operation.
You are highly motivated to drive all business into our properties to raise occupancy levels and provide exceptional customer service, along with ensuring all staff have up-to-date training and are performing to the best of their ability.
Your Experience And Skills Include
1 to 2 years in a Supervisory role, preferably in a Hotel/Resort environment.
Experience in managing the Groups segment (Business & Leisure), including strategy implementation and quotations.
Experience with systems such as Opera Cloud, Excel, and Microsoft Office is desirable.
Experience with a Hotel loyalty program is an asset.
Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays as per business demands.
