The Role
Knead Massage & Natural Therapies are looking for a positive, focused Remedial Massage Therapist. You will need the following attributes
* Committed to building effective treatment plans and testing the effectiveness of these plans
* Dedicated to learning and growing as a therapist both professionally and personally
* Supportive and empathetic to both clients and the team
* Able to work full time including a weekend shift and some evening shifts
Hours: Full time - 38 Hours per week
We are open 7 days from 7.30 am to 9pm. Your roster will potentially include evening and/or weekend shifts so you must be available for some evening and weekend shifts.
Remuneration:
$73,500 - $ % super and leave entitlements

Selection Criteria
* Minimum Diploma of Remedial Massage
* Massage Association Membership
* Current First Aid
* Current Insurance
* Able to utilise specific Remedial skills such as MET, PNF, MFR, Trigger Point therapy
* Able to perform assessment of pain and dysfunction using special tests and range of motion.
* Able to provide stretching exercises and post treatment advice
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Punctual, with good time management
* Able to provide health fund rebates for all health funds
Additional Desirable Skills
* Dry Needling, Cupping, Taping
* Corrective Exercise
* Lymphatic drainage
