About the role Provide supervision, guidance, and support to our front line Aged Care workforce across Victoria to ensure quality service delivery to our clients. This is a permanent full time opportunity to support significant growth in our team, focusing on the Melbourne and Geelong surrounds. This is a hybrid role, where the successful candidate will be able to work between any of our Melbourne offices (Box Hill, Sunshine, Watsonia or Dandenong) and from home. Key responsibilities Partner with our Talent & Attraction, Rostering and Care Coordination teams to ensure our workforce needs are met Provide supervision and support to team members Ensure Support Workers are adequately trained and equipped to perform their duties Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with key stakeholders and partners Skills & experience Demonstrated people management and leadership experience of a geographically dispersed team Demonstrated experience working in a flexible and innovative way in responding to the needs of clients Current driver’s licence Strong coordination, leadership and peer support skills. Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check.
