Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor multidisciplinary construction teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
* Drive a strong safety culture through visible field leadership, inspections and compliance.
* Plan, sequence and execute SMP or E&I work scopes in line with schedule, quality and client requirements.
* Manage daily progress, productivity, earned hours and implement recovery plans where required.
* Ensure high‐quality installations, testing, inspections and documentation (ITPs, ITRs, MDR, Welding/NDT, Commissioning).
* Coordinate closely with clients, engineering, shutdown, operations and commissioning teams.
* Forecast and manage materials, equipment, cranage and labour requirements.
* Identify risks, variations and changes early, managing TQs, RFIs and NCRs effectively.
* Support and promote a culture aligned with KAEFER values: Reliability, Ambition, Respect and Team Spirit.
About You
* 10+ years' proven experience in SMP or E&I construction leadership within mining or heavy industrial sectors.
* Strong safety leadership with a hands‐on, solutions‐focused approach.
* Ability to manage schedule, quality, interfaces and stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
* Excellent communication, planning and problem‐solving skills.
* Commitment to delivering high‐quality, safe and productive outcomes for clients.
