Key Responsibilities
* Plan, perform, and facilitate patient care while evaluating outcomes.
* Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal client care.
* Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance standards and policies.
* Act as a clinical resource and shift coordinator, guiding registered and enrolled nurses.
* Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Demonstrated extensive post-registration experience with advanced skills and knowledge in your area of specialty.
* Proven experience in quality improvement activities and well-developed communication skills.
* Knowledge of performance management principles and current legislative requirements affecting healthcare practice.
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous, alongside any post-registration certification.
* Awareness of disability services and the related access issues affecting patients.

About the Region
The Goldfields region of the WA Country Health Service covers the Goldfields-Esperance Region of Western Australia. The region includes Kalgoorlie & Esperance, with several smaller hospitals in Laverton, Leonora, and Norseman.
