**About the Role**:
CLO has an exciting opportunity available to join our People and Culture Team as a Learning and Development Coordinator. This is a key role in an expanding team and growing organisation. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone with training and development experience and/or experience in human resources who is looking to grow their career or step up into a Coordinator level position.
Under the general direction of the Manager, Learning & Development, the Learning and Development Coordinator will promote consistent service delivery through the development and upskilling of staff in in accordance with CLO's Vision, Mission and Purpose, Values and Code.
You will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day-functional operations of the Learning and Development department; including directly supervising the Learning and Development Administrator and ensuring a consistent team focus on the achievement of relevant organisational objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create, develop, and maintain strong relationships with external organisations and stakeholders that support the achievement of Learning and Development related organisational goals, such as training providers, specialists, and government agencies.
- Work directly with Learning and Development Administration to ensure the effective planning, booking and delivery of external and internal training to meet organisational needs.
- Provide a quality customer experience to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and guide CLO staff in delivering a consistent and quality experience to customers through effective development and implementation of training and development tools and resources.
- Develops CLO workers to achieve competency in practice and make suitable decisions and solutions.
- Demonstrate a thorough and in-depth understanding of industry legislation and principles and implement into the learning and development practices.
- Analyse and evaluate existing training programs ongoing, to identify any gaps and/or deficiencies and to support on-going continuous and quality improvement
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge of learning and development principles in practice, through all training and program development
**About You**:
- Current 'C Class Driver's Licence
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check/DHS Disability related clearance
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification, being a degree or higher in Human Resources, Adult Education, Developmental Education or in Social, Behavioural or Health Science
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
