We're a family-owned farming business with operations across Victoria and New South Wales, including broadacre cropping, sheep, beef cattle and dairy production.
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Farm Hand to join our team at
Trawalla
near Beaufort, Victoria.
This role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors, including working with
livestock (sheep & beef cattle)
, takes pride in their work, and values being part of a
supportive & practical team
.
About the Role
As a Farm Hand, you'll assist with the day-to-day running of the property, supporting livestock, cropping and general farm operations.
Key Responsibilities
Livestock handling and animal health/welfare
Machinery operation and basic maintenance
Fence, yard, and water system repairs
Support with seasonal cropping as required
General farm maintenance and upkeep
Adhere to a safe & respectful working environment
Occasional travel/work at other properties from time to time
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has practical livestock and/or cropping experience
Can work well both independently and in a teamIs organized, safety-conscious and reliable
Has good communication and observation skills
Is comfortable operating machinery and basic digital systems
Is hands on and enjoys varied work
